    High Speed Train Car Heating
    Challenge:

    CRH3 high-speed train we served runs in the area where the weather is extremely cold. The big heating challenges are to prevent condensation, make the inside of the train feel warm & passengers comfortable.

    Our Solutions:

    After investigating the extreme weather condition, our engineer came up with a tubular heater featuring j ust the right working temperature. Fins were added to the element, making the heat distributed evenly & passengers feel more comfortable.

    Hitachi Compressor Heating
    Challenge:

    The heating medium is oil which poses high requirements for consistent heat distribution. The explosive nature of oil also asks for special protection for the element. And each product should meet the standard of 10,000-hour lifetime.

    Our Solution:

    After analyzing the working environment, our engineers came up with a cartridge heater featuring evenly-distributed & highly-compressed MgO powder for uniform heating. And every product is tested with a machine to ensure 10,000-hour lifetime. For all the products we sent, the failure rate is lower than 2%.

    Water Tank Heating
    Challenge:

    Scale build-up in the water tank greatly affects the heat transfer performance. Accumulated high temperature caused burnout of resistance wire & breakdown of the whole element.

    Our Solution:

    After studying the heating environment in the water tank, we developed an immersion heater made of corrosion-resistant Incoloy 800 alloy, the surface of which is covered with an anti-scale coating. And there's no burnout issue after more than 1-year use.

    Medical Equipment Heating
    Challenge:

    Cartridge heater with a tiny tube diameter is required to fit into the medical equipment, and no tolerance is allowed in the situation. 10,000-hour lifetime is a must for all heating elements.

    Our Solution:

    By trial & error, our engineer finally developed a cartridge element whose diameter is as accurate as 0.5mm. And all the heaters are tested to meet the 10,000-hour lifetime standards requested.
