That's not the end of the story. Every material we source will then be sent to the third-party organization for inspection, which ensures the MgO powder reach a purity of 97% & all stainless steel contains enough nickel & chromium that meet the standards of its level.

On-going Quality Control

Meet our process where strict quality control is integrated into each step.

    Tube Preparation

    Qualified stainless steel tubes will be cut, chamfered & straightened according to the design. Then all tubes are put into a machine to clean out the debris, which prevents the impurities from affecting the performance & lifetime of the heating elements in the first place.

    Coil Winding & Resistance Testing

    This stage is where our sophisticated automatic winding machine come into play, making coil wires wrung evenly for better heating performance. Then we will carry out a test to make sure the resistance reaches the designated value.

    Resistance Degreasing

    In this process, we'll clean the resistance wires with Trichlor to remove the oils & grease of the coils left during the winding process. This step helps to improve the heat conductivity. Then all the wires will be dried with a machine before going through the next step.

    Lead Inserting & Resistance Testing

    Once the resistance wires are ready, we'll insert the lead wires inside & weld them together with a machine. A 2nd test is performed to ensure that the resistance value remains unchanged after all these operations.

    MgO Powder Filling

    MgO powder influences the insulating & heating properties of the heating elements. Our automatic filling machine is able to fill MgO powder evenly into a tube as long as 6 meters, making sure that the heat distributes evenly in future use.

    Tube Reducing & Resistance Testing

    Then every tube will go through a machine to reduce its diameter. This makes the MgO powder more compact for enhanced performance. A 3rd test is implemented to ensure the resistance value is consistent.

    Tube Annealing & Bending

    This step is where tubes are fixed to molds for annealing, which helps to reduce their hardness. After this operation, we will check each tube to make sure there's no crack. Then tubes will be bent to the desired shape based on your requirements.

    Terminal Sealing & Assembling

    Your heating element is about to be born! In this step, we will seal silicone gel on the terminal to isolate the inside elements from possible corrosion. Then specific pins will be assembled to make your heating element fit perfectly into the equipment.

    High-Voltage Insulation Test

    Dielectric head of each finished product will go through a tester to check the insulation & safe property when working under high voltage condition.

    Insulation Resistance Test

    In this test, an insulation resistance tester will be used to measure if the ohmic value of the insulation meets the standard for safe use.

    Heating Test

    Heating test lasting for 1-2 minutes checks if every part is evenly heated. This ensures the no part is over-heated under long-time use.

    Lifetime Test

    Finally, we will test every 1 of our heating element with a lifetime tester to make sure each product reaches a lifetime of 8000 hours.
